ADMINISTRATION
Principal
Mr. Andy Campbell holds an Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Elementary Education from Dyersburg State Community College. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Elementary Education as well as his Master of Science in Education with a major in Administration and Supervision from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Mr. Campbell taught 5th and 6th grade at Halls Elementary School from 1999-2006. In 2006, he assumed the role of assistant principal at Halls Elementary School. Mr. Campbell and his family reside in Dyer County.
Assistant Principal
Mrs. Tamara Patrick is a Halls resident and graduate of Halls High School. Her professional education background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education from MTSU, Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Trevecca, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb.
In addition to her twenty-two years of teaching experience, Mrs. Patrick served in leadership roles at the school and district level as a curriculum cooridinator, teacher mentor, grade level team leader, school leadership team member, and teacher leader for the district.
Curriculum Cooridinator
Mrs. Bailey Turner is a Halls resident and graduate of Halls High School. Her professional education background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis, and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb.
In addition to her fourteen years of teaching experience, Mrs. Bailey served in leadership roles at the school and district level as a teacher mentor, grade level team leader, and school leadership team member.
