LAUDERDALE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT

Two Lauderdale County Schools educators, Ms. Kelly Noel (HHS) and Ms. Aaliyah Williams (RMS), graduated from the WestTeach leadership development program. WestTeach, offered through The University of Tennessee at Martin, is a unique leadership program designed for K-12 teachers in West Tennessee who aspire to serve as leaders in their school communities while maintaining a classroom role. Typically, districts are only allotted one participant per group, as there are only 30 spots available per cohort. LCS is honored to celebrate two graduates from the WestTeach Class of 2024!
