TSU Extension Agent Rachel Howell visited HES to provide some Ag in the Classroom activities. 6th grade learned about milk processing and TN dairy facts. Each student made butter. 3rd, 1st, and Kindergarten students learned about growing peas. Each student planted their own peas to transplant after they develop seedlings. Thank you to our master gardener volunteers Betty Ray and Carolyn Seaton for helping out!
