Lauderdale County Schools’ Coordinated School Health (CSH) program was recently highlighted by TDOE for utilizing grant funds to improve student health and academic achievement.
Through the 1801 grant, LCS nurses were provided with access to the SNAP medical documentation system. This system allows school nurses to document clinic visits and maintain valuable data, in conjunction with PowerSchool, regarding student health. This system has allowed nurses to operate more efficiently to serve our students.
We are proud of the work that Ms. Michelle Brazier, CSH Director, and her team of nurses do each day!
The LCS feature begins at 8:13 in this video.
