It’s hard to believe a new school year is just around the corner! LCS has spent time over the past few weeks enriching and supporting our school leaders and new teachers.
District and school leaders met last week to review strategic priorities, establish actionable next steps, and receive updated information on local and state policies, school safety, and instructional effectiveness.
This week, new teachers to Lauderdale County attended New Teacher Orientation. New teachers participated in sessions on professional evaluations, educational technology, and effective instructional and classroom management practices.
