Wayne has done an extraordinary job reviving the RHS water garden and signs on the campus! For his Eagle Scout Service project he redid the whole water garden area, cleaning and re mulching and revive seating. He planted plants around the front of the building and repaired and refreshed the sign and the memorial stone by the flag poles.
