Today, the Ripley High School Beta Club kicked off its week-long service project, beginning the cleanup and restoration of Ripley High School’s water garden. Happy Beta Week 2019! #betaweek19
The RHS Beta club has received the 2019 National Beta School of Merit award. The chapter will be recognized at the National Beta Convention in Oklahoma City, OK.

Junior ACT Test will be Tuesday, March 12 during the regular school day schedule. 9th and 10th graders will be taking a practice ACT that day. Students - please get a good night’s sleep, have pencils, and be on time.
TN Severe Weather & Flood Awareness week is Feb. 24-March 2. In accordance with this RHS conducted a tornado drill today. Student and Staff reported to the Tornado Safe Building on campus in a timely and safe manner.
Ripley High School to Offer Computer Science Courses with Amazon Future Engineer. Amazon announced that it will fund computer science courses in more than 25 schools across Tennessee, including Ripley High School.

Members of the Lauderdale County Superintendent's Study Council recently spent time in our community marketing our school district's mobile app. Thanks to the council and also to the many members of our community who allowed us to place posters in their buildings. Thank you!

Youth Leadership Lauderdale applications are due today. Applications can be turned in at the RHS guidance office until 3 today or the Chamber of Commerce until 4 p.m. today.
