Ripley High School JROTC will hold a U.S. Flag Retirement Ceremony in March. They are asking for the community to turn in flags that are worn, faded, tattered, or being unused. You may bring these flags to RHS JROTC to be retired.

Thank you to the Lauderdale County Chamber for speaking with the Juniors today about Youth Leadership Lauderdale. Applications for this opportunity will be accepted until Friday, February 15 and need to be turned into the guidance counselors at RHS.


As a reward for FAFSA completion RHS Seniors were treated to Pizza and Popcorn party today.

These four young ladies competed in Prepared, Creed, Extemporaneous Speaking, and Employment Skills LDEs tonight! Prepared placed 3rd in her flight, Creed placed 5th in her flight, Extemp placed 5th in her flight, and Employment Skills placed first in her flight advancing her to the West Tennessee Regional finals tomorrow.

In today’s safety lab Ms. Lewis’ student had to practice skills they have been studying and testing over. Students had to carefully follow all instructions to maintain safety.
