Jobs for Tennessee (JTG) students were able to practice their interviewing skills as they participated in mock interviews with local Human Resource personnel. A mock interview helps the learner know how to answer difficult questions, develop interview strategies, improve communication skills, and reduce stress before an actual job interview. Thanks to Mike Moore of Pierce Distribution Service, Manika Moore of Komatsu, and David Burnham of Lauderdale County Executive Office for answering the call to conduct the one-on-one interviews for these JTG students. #LauderdaleLearns #LauderdaleLeads

A small but striving company that has been in the community for over 50 years. The students are very grateful to be able to visit different companies, their future employers.
