Next week, our end of year pickups will take place on Tuesday, May 19 from 9:00AM-12:00PM and Wednesday, May 20 from 9:00AM-12:00PM and 4:00PM-6:00PM. This will be your opportunity to drop off items belonging to RMS as well as pick up student personal belongings and final report cards for this academic year.
At this time, we are not holding report cards for end of year fees. Attached to your child’s report card will be an invoice noting the item(s) that need to be returned or paid for. These items may be dropped off or paid for daily from 9:00AM-12:00PM beginning May 21 and ending June 4. After June 4, all non-returned items will result in a fee that will carry over to the start of the 2020-2021 school year.
PICKUP/DROPOFF PROCEDURES
You will be directed to the following areas:
· Front drive: You will provide the student’s name to SRO Morgan.
· Bus entrance by the gym: Items will be brought to your vehicle.
· Building wings: You will proceed around the back of the building to pick up academic work packets and spring picture orders. You will also be able to drop off items that belong to RMS. These items include: athletic equipment, car rider tags, student locks, library books, textbooks, novels. If possible, please place the items in a bag (Walmart, etc.) and label it with the following information:
· student name
· grade
· homeroom
You will need to stop at the designated areas below:
800 wing: 8th grade
600 wing: 7th grade
400 wing: 6th grade
** All items belonging to RMS must be returned by 12:00PM on June 4, 2020. Items not returned by this time will result in a fine being assessed. **
