Ripley High juniors are seeing demonstrations of state-of-the-art HAAS machining tool technology (MTT) equipment located at RHS. The machining pathway offers opportunities for high demand, high paying jobs. The Machining Tool Technology program is a dual enrollment class with TCAT-Ripley taught by Mr. Wayne Maupin, TCAT instructor. Juniors and seniors have the opportunity to work toward NIMS certifications as CNC-Milling and CNC-Lathing operators through a series of competency-based tests. The current class is preparing to take the first competency test on Measurement, Materials, and Safety.
