Parent-Teacher Conferences:
Parents, this is a reminder that parent-teacher conferences will be held on September 9th and 14th from 4-7pm. Due to the effects of COVID, conferences will be held virtually or by phone, in order to limit exposure. You will be contacted to schedule a time for your conference. If you are not contacted by September 7th to schedule a time, feel free to contact the school for assistance. Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this public health crisis.

As a reminder, Lauderdale County Board of Education’s mask mandate for all staff and students will go into effect tomorrow, August 27th. This mandate requires masks to be worn during the school day and while on school buses. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) have recommended universal indoor masking in K-12 educational settings and has emphasized the importance of wearing masks to reduce transmission of COVID-19 in schools.

K-8 student registration will be held tomorrow, August 3rd. Families may visit schools from 8:00-10:00AM or 4:00-6:00PM. For specific registration questions, please reach out to the respective school(s).
Clothing, School Supplies and Computers
From Friday, July 30 through Sunday, August 1, clothing and school supplies priced under $100 and computers priced under $1,500 will be exempt from sales tax. This also includes online purchases.
Food, Food Ingredients and Prepared Food
From Friday, July 30 through Thursday, August 5, food, food ingredients and prepared food will be exempt from sales tax. This will include sales at grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks.
