Ripley High School Students competed Jan 7th in the HOSA Regional Competition held at JSCC. Jalessia - 5th place in Extemporaneous Health Poster. Daxton -1st place in Medical Spelling Jenyka - 3rd place in Epidemiology. Congratulations!

Lauderdale County Schools will be on Winter Break December 20 , 2019 - January 7, 2020. Classes resume January 8, 2020. Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year to everyone from RHS!


Ripley High School has been named a Path to College school! This is awarded through THEC and TSAC after certain events are held and criteria is met. Our guidance department has worked hard to plan and hold these events that open up opportunities for our students and that led to this distinction.

The US Naval Academy Admissions team will be in Memphis Dec 29th-31st. We will be in the Downtown Sheraton to talk with students, parents, counselors and educators about our summer programs.


In the spirit of Christmas, community members delivered Christmas blessings to an RHS Student this morning! We are so thankful to those that helped make this happen for a student in need of a cheerful holiday.


The faculty and staff at Ripley High wish our students, parents, and community a very Merry Christmas!


Administrators served RHS Teachers and Staff their plates for the annual Christmas Luncheon as a token of their appreciation for the hard work put into the first hald of the year.


University of Memphis will host Become a Tiger, Become a Teacher Day in March. This is a great opportunity for Sophomores, Junior, and Seniors interested in Teaching or a Helping Field. See guidance for more details after break.

Students enrolled in Algebra 2 with Ms Massongill and Mr Daniels will take their EOC Part 1 and Part 2 Friday, December 13th and part 3 Monday, December 16th.
These tests will begin at approximately 8:10 am. It is extremely important that your student arrive to school on time, well rested, and prepared for their exam.
The EOC exam is 25% of the students final average. Once the test begins no student will be able to checkout while taking their test. It is very important that your student not miss any part of this test.
