HOSA Students attended the West Tennessee Fall Leadership Conference on September 26th. Students listened to speakers on various topics such as emotional intelligence, civic engagement, unconscious bias, and personal branding and networking.

Taylor, a Ripley High sophomore, attended the Military Service Academy Day Saturday. This gave her the opportunity to speak with Representative David Kustoff, Army and the Air Force ROTC, US Air Force Academy, US Coast Guard Academy, and may more Military Service Academies.

The students in Ms Parmenter’s Chemistry class used paper chromatography to identify suspects in a “homecoming crime”. By separating ink samples, students were able to identify who left “Go Wildcats” signs around the school.
