We love to brag about our students! Kaegan B. designed and built this "portable light box." He said he got the idea from a project he did in Elementary school, so he decided to build another. How neat!

RMS 8th graders, Tylan S. and Gabrielle D., attended the WestStar FutureStar Youth Summit on Tuesday, September 12th. The event was held at the University of Tennessee, Martin campus. The purpose of the summit is to help students see themselves as the leaders they have the potential to become - both in their school and community. Students were welcomed by Dr. Charley Deal, UTM Vice Chancellor of Advancement. They attended breakout sessions and toured campus departments from engineering, nursing, art/theater/music, agriculture, vet science, and criminal justice. We are proud of Tylan and Gabrielle! We cannot wait to see the impact they make as leaders in Lauderdale County!
