Ripley Middle School students who are enrolled in remote learning for the first grading period may pickup academic work packets and workbooks on Monday, August 17. Unlike our work given in the spring, academic work packets and workbooks provided this fall will be returned and graded. When arriving, families will follow the driveway around the school and stop at the 600 wing for pickup.

The Tennessee Department of Human Services announced financial assistance is available for families who qualify for free or reduced school lunches, through the Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) program. Parents who already receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits currently, do not need to apply. The funds began arriving on the EBT card they already use beginning June 12. Parents who do not receive SNAP benefits, but whose children do qualify for free or reduced school meals, will need to apply for P- EBT online https://tdhs.service-now.com/. The application period has been extended through July 13, 2020. Individuals who need assistance completing their P-EBT application or have general questions about the program are encouraged to call the TDHS hotline at 1-833-496-0661 and select option 3.
